Collections Guidelines

The Office of the Attorney General's Collection Section collects delinquent student loan accounts, account receivable accounts and other types of debt for the State Universities and Community Colleges. In addition, the Collection Section also collects account receivable accounts and other types of debt for other North Carolina state agencies.
